A construction site toilet differs from an event rental in one key way: it sits in one spot for weeks or months, often before a driveway is finished or a road is paved. That matters in Bend, where new-build lots in NorthWest Crossing, Broken Top, and Tetherow frequently have graded-but-unpaved access during framing, and where infill projects in Awbrey Butte or Century West can mean a delivery truck squeezing past parked trailers and stacked lumber. We ask about grading status and turnaround space before quoting, not after the truck is already stuck.

Site conditions in the Old Farm District and River West tend to be flatter and easier to service on a fixed weekly schedule. Projects out toward Mountain High, Southeast Bend/Brosterhous, or lots backing onto lava rock and juniper often need a specific placement plan — we'll ask where the unit should sit relative to the building pad, dumpster, and any fencing so the pump truck can reach it every visit without crew having to move barricades.

Monthly billing fits a construction timeline better than a flat weekly rate, since most jobs run past a single week and servicing frequency (weekly vs. twice-weekly) depends on crew size. A two- or three-person framing crew usually does fine on weekly service; a larger site with subs rotating through multiple trades often needs twice-weekly to keep the unit usable through a hot July stretch or a wet spell in early spring. The trade-off against a residential or event rental is durability over amenities: construction units are built for daily heavy use and dust, not for a wedding weekend look.
